Went for an interview. The manager was an idiot, rude unprofessional didn't know what he was doing. I feel bad for the staff. I don't recommend ever working there for anyone.

The hotel was a great stay. My family stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was the perfect size for us. I let them know I had 2 little kids with us but the put us on the 4th floor which is the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars b/c we did get a noise complaint but 2 little kids under 4 are hard to keep from jumping around.
Anyways the place was clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was delicious. I will also say Arkansas was beautiful. It was nice driving thru the hills and seeing all the green coming from Texas. I recommend staying at this location.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dustin H.Rosslyn, Arlington, VA117286186Oct 10, 2022
I had to call to make a reservation because we were there as a wedding block. It took far to long for someone to answer the phone and the employee didn't sound familiar with the system. Then we arrive at about 3:10pm on the day of our reservation (check-in is after 3pm) and the room wasn't ready. People in our group were arriving after 4:30pm and their rooms weren't ready. And while I'm waiting for my room to be "inspected by a manager", there were 4 employees lounging around the front desk. I mean.... Come on.
Then, I'm in my friend's room and his shelf crashes to the flood with just a few water bottles on it. The scratches on the back of the shelf made it apparent it wasn't the first time it happened. What is happening here? This is suppose to be a pretty decent/nice hotel.
When we got to our room, much later, our bathroom door didn't latch shut and the soap dispenser was visibly broken in the shower.
All-in-all, exceptionally overpriced for what it is. Not worth the money for the stay. They were charging us $200+ a night for these amateur hour issues.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nola G.Hot Springs National Park, AR017Apr 8, 2023
The hotel is very nice but their prices are pretty high. Granted, I asked for an accessible room but what they had was a two bedroom suite and the price was almost $200. This is quite a bit higher than the other hotels in the area.

When someone checks in late night and there a Platinum Elite we don't have to treat them like they're every other gas and put them thru a long checkin. When a guest asked you not to be part of a training check-in you don't ignore the guest you say let me take it over sir sorry about the difficulty I know your tired. However Josh decides to ignore me what's really angers me as a guest because if I tell you I need to get to sleep I need to get to sleep not ignore a guest.
Hotel maybe clean the breakfast maybe be perfect but Josh at the front desk is a foolHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Teison S.Henderson, NV94533Sep 22, 2019
An older hotel but the amenities here are pretty solid. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is u heard of for a small hotel chain but I dig it a lot. Be sure to say hi to the hotel assistant that looks like Michael Cera. Cool dude. Lol.

I have no complaints about this hotel. Service is excellent, employees seem happy and friendly. The room was impeccable, but the real reason I decided to stay here was the pool. My daughter loves swimming, so I won't stay at a hotel without one. She swam for a long time- the pool is open 6 am till 10 pm. We stayed on a Saturday night, and Sunday morning we had a great full breakfast (little meat, lots of vegetarian options). They also offer a AAA discount on rooms. Great place! I'd stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! First of all, Michelle at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to check in early which really helped us out. When we entered the hotel, we were instantly pleased with the warm, cozy atmosphere. The great room was very nice and inviting. Our suite was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. It really was like a small apartment.
The full kitchen had a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, full-sized coffee maker, and toaster. Dishes, silverware, and a few pots and pans were also provided.
The living room was comfy...especially the chaise! The bed was quite comfortable, and the shower had the perfect water pressure and temperature with JR Watkins bath products. The entire suite was very clean and modern.
There were so many complementary extras as well! A really nice FREE laundry room, FREE food and drinks in the evenings, and a FREE full breakfast each morning. I was astounded at the level of service and amenities we received for the same price or less than many other hotels. We will stay here again!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vicky H.El Paso, TX07Jun 15, 2019
We stayed here last week and enjoyed our stay. Love the the kitchenette in the room once we checked out and left, my husband realized he left his dental partials there. We called immediately and they informed us they had them at the front desk and would mail them to us. What a great relief since we were a couple of hours away. Within a couple of dats they arrived like they promised. They went out of their way for us which we greatly appreciate.

Waiting for our room for past 3 hours... still waiting... customer service is nonexistent.
Update: there sure have been a lot of caucasians walking to their rooms while we sit here waiting for ours...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
