Tyson Foods morphing into modern food company; acquires Original Philly Holdings |

Note: Tyson Foods has administrative offices and a manufacturing plant in Fayetteville.
Tyson Foods announced Monday (Nov. 13, 2017) that it has acquired Original Philly Holdings for an undisclosed price. The Philadelphia-based company makes raw and fully-cooked Philly-style sandwich steak and cheese steak appetizer products. These products will help to diversify Tyson Foods' line of prepared foods.
