Commercial development in works near busy east Fayetteville intersection |

There's a new commercial development coming to the area near the Mission and Crossover intersection of east Fayetteville.
An entity controlled by Fayetteville real estate firm The McLain Group (TMG) has purchased the Spot-Not Car Wash at 1831 N Crossover Road for $950,000. TMG is owned by a partnership of Christian Baldwin and Scott McLain.
