Rise Physical Therapy

I've been seeing Dr. Megan James for about 8 weeks now to help with my pelvic floor recovery after a traumatic birth. She has been incredible and I truly have noticed a difference in my discomfort and healing journey. Megan is extremely professional, kind and validating to your experiences. She listened to my entire birth story and made me feel seen and heard. I also never feel judged if I had progress one week and then a set back the next. She stays encouraging and refocuses you gently. I will continue to recommend her to anyone who has pelvic floor recovery needs, regardless of if it is related to birth!

Just started here but so far seems like a great place. Very busy, but lots of staff to assist all. Clean, kind, and centrally located.

Rise PT provided a treatment plan and relief at a time I needed it most. After suffering a herniated disc in my lower back and experiencing both back pain and sciatic pain in my knee - I had to find relief. Tyler provided a comprehensive assessment and explained the cause of my pain in a way i easily understood. He put together a treatment plan and roadmap to recovery. Within a few sessions he pinpointed the cause of my pain and focused exercises to both relieve the immediate pain and to address the cause. I went from having to lay on the floor to put on my shoes to now running again with no pain.

I found the entire staff to be helpful and went above and beyond to schedule appointments to fit my frenetic schedule. I highly recommend Rise PT for if you are experiencing any back or sciatic issues!

Great place, very convenient with lots of parking. Lots of different exercise stations with multiple uses. My daughters PT is amazing and very patient with her. Plus the music is good!! Highly recommend!!

I ran a marathon in October and then a half marathon in December. Following the December half, I had some pretty intense knee pain where I couldn't really run. Bought some new shoes, and the pain carried over into my left shin and calf. I could hardly run at all without tears in my eyes because it hurt so bad. I started going to Rise PT where they did astym and provided me with stretches to do at home. I am literally the worst person to stick with any kind of stretching routine, but I knew I had to do the stretches to get back to running. It has made such a he difference. Because of Rise, I am now able to get back to running almost completely pain free! Would highly recommend if you or someone you know is looking for a Physical Therapy Clinic in Northwest Arkansas!

This place is beyond amazing. Rise is my first experience with Physical Therapy and I will never go anywhere else. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming and they get you scheduled and seen incredibly quickly. The PTs are knowledgeable and patient and the clinic is clean and homey. I was assigned to Tyler for my first visit and have been able to see him every time. He assessed my injury on the first day and developed a plan (both in the clinic and at home) for me to work on. I honestly felt substantially better after my very first visit. My shoulder has given me issues for over a year and it's feeling the best it's felt in a long time after only 4 visits with Tyler. They've even squeezed me in on the spot when I called because it was flaring up after a workout and then called and texted after visits to check in on me. Unreal customer service! Seriously, if you're living in pain or recovering from any type of injury and needing assistance, look no further. Rise is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!
