Event Description: Enjoy a glass of wine and let Jessica Keahey, owner of Sweet Freedom Creamery, show you just how easy and affordable it is to make your own probiotic yogurt and kefir in this hands-on class! We’ll discuss the fundamental differences between yogurt and kefir, easy tricks to making no-fail yogurt, and sample a variety of yogurt & kefir cultured products. As this is a tasting class, please let us know if you or anyone in your party have any food allergies. All classes are held at Rockin’ Baker, and a portion of class proceeds go to the Rockin’ Baker Academy to enable self-sufficiency through on-site job skills training.
