The soft skills deficit in the workplace is a major concern of employers everywhere. Innovative methods to make lasting change will be the keynote topic at the 3^rd annual NWA Workforce Summit, Wednesday, November 15, at the Northwest Arkansas Convention Center in Springdale.

This is the only event in our region focused solely on improving workforce training.
