Matt Boch is a member of Dover Dixon Horne PLLC. He advises clients on navigating state and local tax issues and leveraging economic development incentives to further their business goals. He guides clients through all the stages of tax controversies, from audits to litigation, and he advises companies on tax planning and compliance as well. Matt also regularly negotiates and implements incentive packages. As a leader in the Arkansas tax world, Matt chairs the Arkansas Tax Advisory Council, serves as Secretary of the Arkansas Bar Association Section of Taxation, authors the Arkansas Tax and Incentives Update blog, and coauthors the Bloomberg BNA Arkansas Corporate Income Tax Navigator and Arkansas Pass-Through Entity Navigator. He is also taking a leadership role in planning the Arkansas State Chamber’s 1^st-ever Arkansas Tax Conference, scheduled for November 2 in Little Rock. And at the national/multistate level, Matt serves as an assistant editor of the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Incentives and a member of the Executive Committee of the American Bar Association State and Local Taxes Committee.
